Esteemed gentlemen!
We sallute your letter sent (on 16 April 2010) to the American Secretary of State, Miss Hillary Clinton,
for the rights of Ethnic Albanians in Montenegro.
Unfortunately the discrimination and the inequality of the Albanians under Montenegro are not incidental or sepparated.
In the same manner how a disease is manifesting through its specially simptoms, also the colonization has its own simptomatology.
Within this frame, the discrimination of the Albanians under Montenegro is effect of the Montenegrin colonization on the Albanian people and territories, where Malesia has been conquered and colonized since year 1913 by the Montenegrin conquerors and colonizers.
As a consequence of this colonization, the majority of the Albanian population has emmigrated in the United States of America.
Esteemed gentlemen!
You must know that the Albanian issue is a colonial issue.
The Albanians are conquered and colonized, besides Malesia, also in Vardar Valley ILIRIDA (by Slavic-Macedonians), in Eastern Kosova (by Serbs) and in Chameria (by Greeks), from Chameria (by Greeks), from where the Albanians with Muslim religion were expelled by the criminal Napoleon Zerva.
Phenomena of discrimination, of non-equal treatment, of wrought-up trials, even of open violence of the police army towards Albanians are happening also in the territories conquered by Serb-Slavic-Macedonians.
Eliminating the effect, but not the real cause, can not be achieved at a real solution.
The United States of America, as a guard of democracy in the world, as former territory colonized which knows very well what means the war against colonialism, must support the decolonization of the Albanians and of its ethnic territories and the respect of the right of self-determination through referendum for Albanians, what would mean that the Albanians to have right to vote for the reunification of all the Albanian territories in a single Albanian national state.
